When we first realized we would be moving in around the holidays, my first thought was that we would not put up a tree this year because it would be too much work along with unpacking, getting situated, etc. but Chris convinced me that we HAD to put up a tree it being our first Christmas in our new home and alll. I am happy we spent the time to put the tree up while listening to Christmas tunes via Comcast music channels. The lighting of the tree sets the perfect ambiance in our living room and makes it feel cozier. Now next year I am going to have to convince Chris that we should get a real tree!! And it will have to be 1-2 feet taller then our current pre-lit nice-looking artificial variety.
